IE 6 Toolbar icons spreadout

Somehow something changed the IE toolbar (Back, Forward, Stop, Refresh, etc)
so that the icons are spread out / there's too much space between each one.
Does anyone know how to correct this and restore them to the default settings?

Hi Jeff,
If you Right Click on the empty space on the Toolbar and select Customize..
There be sure in the drop down menu the these Option are set:
Text Options: [ Selective Text on Right â–¼]
Icon options: [ Large icons â–¼]
Right Click on the empty space on the Toolbar and on the list be sure the
√ Lock Toolbar is check as highlighted here.

Thanks, but I want/have the selection "Show Text Labels" selected instead of
"Selective Text On Right" selected. When I do "Selective Text On Right" it
does space them properly but I'd like to find out why they are so darn spread
out when I use "Show Text Labels".

Hi Jeff,
It's been built (programmed) to do that, with one size in mind, because the
text will be displayed in the bottom of the Image that will increase the
Height of the bar to resize to adjust for the new configuration/look, result
from that reducing the screen/view size for you.
The best option is to set it to Selective Text on Right and live with it
otherwise selcting small Icons while setting the text to display/show text
labels will make look ugly and not visible to you and fuzzy looking toolbar.

No, a few weeks ago it was not as "spread out" as it is now. I went to some
website one day and from that point on it was not as original. All my icons
used to be displayed on the toolbar without the >> on the right-hand side and
now to see them all I've got to use the >>. No icons were added to the
toolbar and the icons were not made larger, the spacing was just increased
between each icon.

The >> that mean there are Extra Icons/Menu may installed it seems to me!.
Try to Expand and see what under this, you may by mistake Expand one menu
and hide the other section, so for that reason you can see the Icons big,
because the space left behind after hidding this Icons/section of the
toolbar.
You can Hold down your left mouse and reposition it.
Forgive me if I didn't put in the Right context/expression, too late at
night here I feel dizzy after a long day.
