IE 6 Temporary Internet File Freeze

Any time I go to delete my Temporary Internet files using Tools/Internet
Options/Delete Files, IE will freeze up and I have to use Task Manager to end
it. Any ideas as to what is causing the problem or possible solutions.
 
Thanks for the help Don. The directions on the site didn't help me, but it
led me to download the freeware program CCleaner from CCleaner.com and that
seems to have done the trick.
