IE 6 startup Problems

Hi ever time I execute the IE icon it starts to load
shows the hourglass then just stops. When I go into the
task manager I can see Iexplorer.exe trying to start but
it closes. Something wont let it open.... any thoughts.

Iexplorer.exe is not from Microsoft. It's from this parasite. Read
carefully.
