IE 6 SP1 Problem

I Need Help For Some Reason When I Click On Links That
Open A New Window To Show The Site It Comes Up Blank And
Acts Like It Is Loading, But Nothing Ever Comes Up.
I Try To Remove IE6 SP1 Through Add\Remove Programs And
Restore back To Previous Version Is Greyed Out.

ANYTHING WILL HELP THANKS

I have exactly the same problem after running af windows update for my
Windows 2000 pro. sp. 4, ie 6 sp. 1.

I have tried out all this:
http://support.microsoft.com/default.aspx?scid=kb;EN-US;281679 with no
succes what so ever.....
 
I have had the same issue and found other posts with the
same problem. It occured after SP1 was applied. I am
hoping to hear something but it sounds like no one knows on
this newsgroup.

Feel free to email me if you figure it out and I can do the
same...
