IE 6 SP 1 Not loading Pics

Since the last SP for IE 6 I have not been able to look at
most pics on some web pages. I searched the knowledge base
and found an answer, but it says I need a "hotfix" and
when I click on the link I go to a support page. I will
list the file (dll) that I believe I need according to the
site. Any help appreciated.

I'm having the same issue, I was able to fix a little bit
of it by changing my firewall settings letting some
websites verify my browser, (not signing -in as a ghost).
But I'm still not able to get to all the pics
Feel free to e-mail me if you find more fixes
 
Yes it does show a red X on picture holders, and some
other times not often it just doesn't load them.
(90% red x)
Thanks for your help and I already renamed the hosts a
while back but it didn't solve the issue. :(
