IE 6 scrolling/page down/up

When I attempt to scroll one page at a time, I now get a
double page scroll. I assume that I have caused this
inadvertently, but not purposely. Can you help me restore
a single page scroll when I Page Up/Down and/or click on
the right scroll bar?

Doug, it is not your fault. MS has scrwed up royally!!!
This started happening on the machine I am using
immediately after installing the latest cumulative patch
for IE6SP1. We need to make it our business to demand
that MS write a patch IMMEDIATELY to correct this that
doesn't cause any other problems.

Update this morning in order to fix critical security
problems. There was an Internet Explorer 6 patch that
appears to have done the deed.

The Page Down and Page Up keys still appear to work for
me, but the right scroll bar is giving me 2 pages at a
time.

If you click right under the indicator in the scroll bar it will only go one
page.
 
Now this is what I want ot hear--not nonsense suggestions at using a workaround and living with this.
 
I got the latest update pack for W2000/IE6 also and
Alternatively, after right clicking on any scrollbar in
order to access the contextual menu and after selecting
any of the options, the contextual menu(s) keep
reappearing again and again making this an annoying
situation, I know that no many people uses this feature
but can anybody try to see using the right click on the
scrollbar and verify if is also part of the problem caused
by the MS update?
