IE 6 Problem java and flash

I have installed IE 6 (xpsp_sp2_gdr.050301-1519) and do not obtain to load
paginas that need flash to player. I have the flash to player 9 installed.
Also I can not install IE 7.

Any help,

Why can't you install IE 7 ?
