IE 6 Pop-up Blocker fails to recognize settings changes

I am working on a local machine, and am developing a web site which utilizes
external scripts. Every time I attempt to preview the pages, the Pop-up
Blocker and Information Bar appear. It doesn't matter that I have changed
the Internet Security Settings, that I have "allowed" for the same message
over and over, or even if I embed the script into a single document. It
still appears.

Normally I am pretty mellow about these things, but this is seriously
irritating me to no end. How can I work with dynamic content if I cannot be
certain that IE will not disable it? At this point I am ready to rollback or
adopt a new browser.

Ramesh,

I actually wasn't aware of the lockdown when I first posted, but did
eventually find the page you referred to in your reply. In all honesty, I
don't like the workarounds which were offered, so I created my own. But
thank you anyways for your assistance.

"Mark of the Web" option is acceptable, and helped most users I've seen.
