IE 6- opening as seperate (new) browser pages

I just recovered my system from a crash. Before the
crash, I had set IE to open brower pages in a new window.

I lost the setting and cannot for the life of me find it
again. Can someone point me to the setting?

In IE click tools/internet options/advanced
In the Browse section, "reuse windows for launching
shortcuts"
