internet explorer and see if you Cipher Strength appears
as 0-Bit. It should be at least 128 bit. Mine is at -0-
and you will not be able to open secure sites. I do not
know how it got to -0- bit. Refer to Microsoft knowledge
base article - 261328.
it. You're about the 5th person posted with exactly the
same problem using IE6. Nothing anyone has suggested seems
to resolve the problem. I need help as well.
