When I click on a link that is set to open a new window, the window size is
about the size of a 50 cent piece. When I click on the IE icon it opens up
full size. I have looked at the MS Knowledge base, and could not find
anything on this.

Any help would be appreciated.

Thanks,

Phil

Try stretching the small window to full size. (Do not use Maximize)
Ensure that window is the last one closed and IE should remember the
size next time.

Don't need a program to do that. Just drag whatever window you want to
whatever size you want, make sure it is the last window remaining open>hold
shift key>File menu>close. It will remember both size and location. ;-)

Not entirely true. IE will remember a window size only when in "normal"
mode. It will not remember a "maximized" window size. AutoSizer will.

Try it, you'll like it better, I promise.

AHA! Now you're focusing upon its effect on *IE*; unlike your initial post.
;-)) Your advice is well taken, and appreciated, but again, I just drag IE
to max size without using maximum buttons and it *always* opens to fill my
screen.

If one uses the "launch IE Browser" shortcut, you can R-click>properties>run
Maximized>apply>OK out. That works as well. I never use that shortcut, but
that does work. Try it...you'll like it. <s>

But really BT, it's cool. Maybe for kicks... one day... maybe. <S>
