I read some instructions about this problem like Rana Imran's problem. But I
couldn't understand that there isn't any reason to face to face with this
problem. Because;

- I have a virus program, Norton anti-virus and I scan everday, I couldn't
find any virus or anything.

- I didn't download any toolbar and etc.

- I checked the "Enable third-party browser extensions (requires restart)"
check box. (also it's checked before)

- I downloaded the Windows update pack and I have all update stuff, I
couldn't find any update stuff when I check in windows update page.

- I don't have any spyware or anything, because I didn't see any pop-up or
advertisement or anything. It looks like so clear.

So, What can I do ? Please help...

And your Windows version is...?

Some hijackers disable anti-virus apps such that they appear to be working
properly when in fact they're not.

Home and Small Office editions of NAV don't provide detection for all
hijackware.

You don't need to "download any toolbar and etc." to get infected with
hijackware. See:

So How Did I Get Infected Anyway?

If a hijacker's at work, you want to *disable* "Enable third-party browser
extensions".

Check for Hijackware

When all else fails, HijackThis
(http://aumha.net/downloads/hijackthis.zip) is the preferred tool to
use. It will help you to both identify and remove any hijackware/spyware.
