Have done, virus check, spyware check, all updates and
deleted all temp files.

Problem: One and only one website, IE will not display
current website. It continues to display an older page.
Other PC'S see corrected pages of website but for some
reason this laptop is locked in on the old pages.

Any thoughts?

I can think of two things that might cause this.

1. Your TIF is set to "Never check for new versions of stored pages"
2. Someone messed with your computer and write-protected the file in TIF.

For both cases:
Tools > Internet Options > General, Delete Files (Delete all)
then,
Tools > Internet Options > General, Settings...
Note the location of the Temporary Internet files folder (TIF) and verify in
Windows Explorer (not Internet Explorer) that you don't have Read-only files
there.
