IE 6 Home/Start Page

I believe my system is infected wth the following:
JS/Exploit-DialogArg.b
Exploit-DialogARG.gen
Exploit-MhtRedir.gen
ABS/Psyme
I've run McAfee, Pest Patrol and SpyBot with no positive results.
Can anyone suggest more effective removal?

And... couldn't hurt to try Ad-aware.
