Hi Haimc,

Here are some suggestions.

1. Create a new user and logoff currect user and logon with the new user.
Test whether the Internet Explorer works well with the new user
2. Remove all Internet related third party applications. Such as the
download or toolbar application.
3. Disable the Third party browse extensions in the Internet Options
4. Disable the firewall and anti virus application

Let's see whether this works.

Thanks for using Microsoft News Group!

Sincerely,

Steven Liu
