I recently had a virus on my pc. I am running Windows XP
Home Edition and IE 6. The virus did infect some of the
Windows/system32 files (W32Klez & W32 Wehchia(Nachi.A).
I used Norton to clean everything and eliminated all of
the viruses. I then reloaded Windows XP (did a repair
install) and everything went well. However, I am not
able to access the internet. Blank pages (cannot open
this page...)come up on the brower and e-mail (outlook
Express) does not work as well. I did get an error on
Outllok "A TCP/IP initialization error occurred while
trying to connect the server" comes up. Also additional
info:
Configuration:
Protocol HTTPMail
Port:0
Secure(SSL):0
Code:800ccc14
I'm at whits end what do do to get back connected. Does
anyone have any ideas?
Thanks,
John
