IE 6 embedded browser scripting error

Hi. I use Quicken 2003 for finances and in order to
register and use its online features, I have to use its
embedded browser, which is just an IE emulator. I keep
getting an almost blank screen though, and an error
message: 'document.all[...].Snapshot' is null or not an
object . Since I use Windows XP Pro, there doesn't seem
to be a way to repair IE, if that's the solution. Also,
Quicken support says we tried everything, and it's not
their program. PLEASE HELP ME!

Thanks for the suggestion. I should've mentioned that I
tried that one already, sorry. It says to either re-
install Windows XP (and EVERY program, unacceptable) or
edit the registry (that didn't work). Any other
suggestions? That would be welcome :)
