IE 6 Download

Windows prevents a download of IE 6 patch because it's
incompatible with XP Home Edition

How do I do I fix this?
 
I got a free download program called "flashget" iF YOU
MAKE IT THE "DEFAULT" downloader you get a popscicle. no!
just kidding! But, I would advise a download manager
seperate, but linked to, IE and or mozilla and or opera
preferably all three yet seperate in its usage logging and
port usage.
