IE 6 doesn't let me open a pop up menu

Hello community,

I'm posting because I'm trying to access a forum's admin panel (IPB Forums),
and there's a part where on bottom of the page say something "Done, with
errors" or "Errors on page" and at that point I cannot click a "pop up menu"
that's located and explained in this picture located here:

The problem is that...another friend can click that menu with FireFox...so I
was just thinking if their might be anything wrong with my IE settings or w/e

Anyways hopefully ya can help me out.

It works for me bretty quick, What IE version you have?.
Try to clear your Caches by going to IE Properties and on the General Tab
Window Clear your History, Delete files and Cookies.
Click on the Programs Tab and Click on Reset Web Settings and Click on OK
and then Reboot your Computer and try the link.

P.S Do you have any other Toolbar other than MS IE installed on your Browser.
