Hello,

I’ve been trying to find a way to configure IE 6 to open links in a
new window, but haven’t had much luck.

I know about Shift-Click, I know about the "Reuse windows for
launching shortcuts" setting, and I know about Ctrl-N opening a New
Window.

However, I’d like the default behavior when left-clicking a link in a
web page to open a New Window.

I could swear IE 5 had this setting, but I’m unable to find it in IE
6, and I haven’t found it in 2 hours of Google’ing.

Any help is greatly appreciated.

Thanks,

Mike

Try turning off any extra toolbars like Google, Yahoo, MSN, etc.

Right click a hyperlink, select "Open in New window".

Is the above what you wanted?

I don't know a way of doing it for all links, but the above is on an as you
choose basis.
