IE 6 crahsing on me

i have windows xp edition/home .There are 4 accounts on my computer for what ever reason two of them crash when i launch IE . Error says "internet explorer has encounterd a problem and needs to close"can someone help me with this plz plz plz plz plz .... send replys to :[email protected] and thank you for your help

First eliminate any scumware.

Note that AdAware and SpyBot S & D will each catch some things the other
won't. Also, each need to be updated before every use, even when just
downloaded.

If trying everything at that site does not fix the problem please post back
in the same thread.

Eliminate the parasites in the accounts.
There's a good possibility that this is being caused by a third-party
program (adware, spyware, parasite).
