Hi
Earlier it was working fine. Now it doesn't ask password when opening
websites. i checked the machine completely for any viruses. All are cleared.
Why the content password not react? I can able 2 see in
HKLM\software\microsoft\windows\currentversion\policies\ratings.
What else?

The only password associated with Content Advisor is the password required
to edit the list of approved websites.

If you had password-protected one or more specific websites, you didn't use
Content Advisor to do it.

My requirement is: the IE browser must ask password for any website (except
some approved websites). I set the content password, but it is not asking
password otherthan the approved sites. pls clarify. (the same was worked
perfectly).

When all else fails, HijackThis v2.0.2
(http://aumha.org/downloads/hijackthis.exe) is the preferred tool to use.
It will help you to both identify and remove any hijackware/spyware with
assistance from an expert. **Post your log to

If the procedures look too complex - and there is no shame in admitting this
isn't your cup of tea - take the machine to a local, reputable and
independent (i.e., not BigBoxStoreUSA) computer repair shop.
