IE 6 can't start

I've used IE 6, when i double click the internet explorer icon, the browser do not start and i keep clicking on it and do not start either, please help me, i enjoyed using internet explorer and now i only can use msn explorer to surf, please help me, i can't surf the internet !!!
 
Hi,

1. Hit ctrl+shift+escape, and on the processes tab kill any instances of
iexplore.exe

2. Go to the control panel/folder options/view tab, set it so you can see
hidden and system files, and uncheck the option to "hide file extensions for
known file types".

3. Open windows explorer to C:\Windows\Inf, locate the ie.inf file in here.
Right-click it and choose "install" to reinstall Internet Explorer.
