Hi Armen,

Faced the same problem and solved. some thing to do with
your DNS server and proxy . Check off the auto detection
settings and point the proxy server to your ISP proxy it
will work .

.
Armen,
My version 5.5 has the same problem. When I downloaded ver.
6, it would not work at all."Entry point sethandlecontext
could not be located in kernel32.dll.No time to screw with
it.Reverted back to 5.5 which left Outlook express ver 6
in place and it just says,Msimn.exe has generated an error
and is closed by windows!
My work around for the IE opening problem is to place my
arrow in the address bar at the end of the address and
click once which turns the address purple. Then I click a
second time which removes the purple but leaves the
curser.Last,I hit the space bar 4 or 5 times then hit
enter and Viola the web page appears.
I couldn't respond from the MS site as it opened ver.6
which I can't get rid of but there is still a ver. 5.5 in
my program files which I made a short cut to.
Tell me. Does this user discussion group exsist because
the techies at Microsoft are too damn dumb or just don't
care?

(e-mail address removed) if any one cares to argue the
dumb tech thing.
