IE 6 and text

On our website, www.ecs.k12.ny.us, the text on the bottom
of the screen (and the text in the yellow bar at the
bottom) do not show, but when I open the default.htm from
the LAN it shows.
 
Hi Vince,

I can't see any missing text or missing image. You might have to
describe what I should see...
