I recently installed Norton Personal Firwall 2004 and if
I have Ad Blocker turned on it prevents me from getting
to any web sites. If I turn it off (and have to reboot)
then I can get access to any and all sites.

I have already reinstalled IE and reset the TCPIP Stack
in Windows, removed a bunch of programs such as KAZZA and
ITUNES and removed ads via ad-aware uninstaller.

This has not helped and neither has Symantec Support. I
have unistalled and reinstalled System Works 2004 and
Personal Firewall 2004 about 7 times and this hasn't
helped either.

Can anyone help?

You need to look into the settings of Norton Personal Firewall. There must be options for Adblocker such as advance or like that
