According to the test on this website, Java is working
just fine.

I guess I should make it clear that it's not ALL websites,
just some.

Ok, if it's not all websites then try this:
Click tools/internet options/settings/view objects
Delete everything in this folder that doesn't
say "Installed"....
If your problem is related to a couurpt plugin, then this
should cure it.
