IE 6.0 will not maintain the text format when I copy!

I have a users that has a lot of medical web pages and she
copies information from each web site and uses the edit
ability in word to change the documents. When she saves
the document and goes back to look at the web page the
text and images have changed only on certain web pages.
Does anyone no how to fix this.

Tools | Internet Options | Delete Files
Check the box to delete all offline content in the windows that pops up.
