IE 6.0 Stalls

When I click a link that requires a new page be opened, IE
stalls. Sometimes the new window appears, and other times
it does not. When it does not, IE stalls and eventually
returns to normal - that is I am able to click the menu
bar etc....

I have installed SP1 and all of the latest patches.

Any suggestions?
