IE 6.0 SSL exp cert causing http error

We are getting an SSL cert expired and not yet valid error window.
We then say Yest to proceed.

From the order summary screen we check-out and then get an http error.

Some pcs to this and others do not?

Does anyone know if this is a windows or browser error?
What is the fix?
