IE 6.0 SP1 - can't see encrypted pages

I am not able to view secure / encrypted pages using IE 6.0 SP1 on
W2K. Have been limping along with Netscape in the interim, and am
hoping for assistance in locating a resolution for the prefereed IE
browser. The error I get is "Cannot find server or DNS Error Internet
Explorer" Any help would be appreciated. Thanks. JL

Make sure your firewall is not blocking port 443. See also
