Hi all,

Recently I have been having problems with IE 6.0. It doesn't seem to
load pages completely so I have have to "REFRESH" if I want to click
onto a link for it to work. Also, some pages come up as "page can not
be displayed" but if I refresh, it seems to load fine. What would cause
this sudden lag in performance?

My friend installed Netscape 8.0 but I uninstalled it when I saw the
delay. Netscape was worse.

Any thoughts will be appreciated.

Thanks,
Jar

Well, I totally removed my user folder so that XP had to create a new
one from scratch. I am also running ZoneAlarm, which found and "fixed"
about 15 little spywares but no luck. All browsers still running slow.

I wonder, though, is it possible to install a seperate instance of XP
on its own partition and use it specifically only when I want to surf
the web? Maybe, without all the other software I have on my C drive, IE
might work better.

Would this work the way I think or is it just wishful thinking? hmmmmmm
what to do, what to do?

Thanks,
Jar
