When trying to view a web page I receive A Visual C++
Runtime error multiple times and then the page closes.
This has always happened when trying to access
www.hsn.com. I have downloaded every patch, update, and
fix I can find and it still continues to happen. I use
XP Pro and have installed Service pack 1 and updates
available from download. Are there any fixes or patches
I have perhaps overlooked?

The exact error would have helped.
Try these and if no joy post back to this thread.

Common script errors messages can be eliminated by Clicking:
Menu: Tools - Internet Options - Advanced tab.
Check "Disable script debugging"
Uncheck "Display a notification about every script error"

Microsoft's Scripting download
Get the latest. Two download versions are available for Windows Script 5.6.
The first version requires Windows 2000; the second version requires
Microsoft Windows 98, Millenium Edition (Me), or NT 4.0. Please choose the
download appropriate for your operating system.
