IE 6.0 Page cannot be displayed

I am trying to get to a site, http://www.efollett.com .
Information shows up in the title bar about the website
and it shows at the bottom of the page that it is opening.
After SEVERAL minutes the "Page cannot be displayed" comes
up.

If I put the "S" in http making it https it will take me
to the page but anything I click on to take me to a new
page I cannot get there, same problem somes up.

I have contacted the web host and my ISP but points
fingers at each other.

I have XP with IE6.0 including all updates. I have
disabled my popup killer, disabled my antivirus, accept
all cookies, set everything at its lowest security
settings and it still wouldn't work.

I have two computers in my home and tried to get to this
website on both. I have friends that can get to the page.
I have a couple of friends that use the same ISP as me and
they can't get to the site either, but yet the ISP
(sbcglobal) says it's not them.

Any suggestions would be greatly appreciated!!!

Sherri,

It is a IE problem. There are various reasons for it.

For XP, see if the following Microsoft hotfix helps solve the problem for
you:

http://support.microsoft.com/default.aspx?scid=kb;en-us;818139

It says you need to call them (866 PC-SAFETY) to get the hotfix since it is
still in testing.

I'll be interested to know if this solves the problem for you.
