Hi
Having some problems with one user on our Terminal Server 2000, who cannot
open an IE 6.0 session at all. Every time she tries, a screen appears which
says:
"Microsoft Internet Explorer has encountered a problem and needs to close.
Etc" (No point in typing the rest...you all know what these screens look like)
It also has a checkbox to restart IE after sending a report to MS. Leaving
the checkbox checked just results in IE trying to restart, but throwing the
same error message up.
The weird thing is, I can fo in through the normal Windows Explorer and type
a URL into the address bar, and it will go straight to the page. I also
installed Firefox and its having no problems, but I'd rather that she used
IE. No other Terminal Server user is having any problems accessing the Net
via IE, which is why I'm so confused!
Please help!
