IE 6.0 Eolas Patent

Hi - Does anyone know the date Microsoft is making changes
to IE 6.0 due to the Eolas Patent issue? I've searched
the site and all I see is early 2004. I've also called
tech support and they don't seem to know either. Would
like to know how early is early?
