Greetings,

Does anyone have problems with IE crashing intermittently? My version is
6.0.2900.2180.xpsp_sp2_grd.050301-1519. There doesn't seem to be any
particular rime or reason, time, session or website. Every once and a while
I get the error message IE has experienced a problem.........sorry for the
inconvenience...........IE will now close. I'm forced to click on OK and
close the browser window. I run WinXP Pro SP2.

Thanks, Ron

Hi Ron,

Pay a visit to http://windowsupdate.microsoft.com. Update the driver to
the latets version that is available at the website of the manufacturer.
If that still doesn't helkp, have a look at:

You receive a "Microsoft Internet Explorer has encountered a problem and
needs to close (Pdm.dll)" error message
http://support.microsoft.com/default.aspx/kb/293623

Internet Explorer has encountered a problem and needs to close. We are
sorry for the inconvenience.
