IE 6.0 browser will not launch

continuously receive message that problem has occurred and requests to send
message to microsoft. running on home Windows XP. cannot launch browser from
links in emails either or perform any windows updates. just dead in the
water. help!!! : -)
 
I had a similar problem. Check the error message and find the dll that cause the problem from your sysetm then remove or rename the dll. You may rename or remove the folder where the dll is found.
After that, everything worked OK.
