Dear All,
IE 6.0 is showing blank white page whenever it encounters a HTTP
chunked encoded, compressed data over HTTPS channel. The same response
is properly displayed by other browsers like mozilla and netscape.
I stumbled upon a news item saying that IE 6.0 does have a problem when
the HTTP compressed data comes in chunks over HTTPS channel. It pointed
me IE 6.0 Service Pack-1
When i applied the same to my machine (Win 2000 professional, IE 6.0)
and restarted the machine, it had no effect on the end result. The same
white page appeared !
Any clues why this is happening ? Is there any way i can get rid of
this ? Is there another patch to overcome this problem ?
Any help on this would be appreciated.
Regards
