idle time causes logon screen on, but all timers are off.

I have turned off the Hibernation timer, Screen savers are set to none, Power profiles are set to "Never", Standby is not available.
After a few minutes of idle time, the signon screen will appear and password for user must be reentered to resume programs. I cannot find anything apparent in the Display section or the Power settings area.
How do I keep this winxp computer from logging off in a very short time of idling, and/or how do I stop it from happening alltogether?

Check your screensaver settings

Make sure its not set to go to login screen after a certain amount of time.
