IDistList support in OUTLOOK EXPRESS's WAB

I've been trying to find the way IMailUsers can be inserted in a IDistList in
the WAB (wab.exe).
I can already insert IMailUsers and IDistList in a folder, but without
inserting recipients in the IDistList. The IDistList->CreateEntry(...)
function always throws an error, and IDistList actually doesn't have the
template properties for creating IMailUsers and IDistList, which is a rather
surprising.

I really need a tip on that problem, or at least being directed to the right
Discussion Group or person.
Did anyone here already experienced such problems?
