idialer.exe - Application error when connection establishes

Hello need help figuring out why I'm getting this error;
idialer.exe - Application error
This occurs upon establishing the dial up connection to my
ISP. I get a dial tone and call gets establish.

Full error:
idialer.exe - Application error

The instruction at "0x7c5bdfe1" reference memory
at "0x00000001. The memory could not be "read".

Go to the MS site at <http://support.microsoft.com/>
Enter idialer.exe in the upper left search window.
Hope this helps.
Have you consideredf using the Windows built-in RASdial instead?
