idgsearch - homepage resetting itself

Everytime I reboot my homepage resets itself to http://www.idgsearch.com/ .
If I click the Search button in the toolbar then idgsearch also appears in
the search panel. I have run updated Adaware and Spybot and I have run an
updated virus scan and nothing was detected. I have been through the
registry and removed/modified every instance of the word idgsearch. Nothing
related seems to run on startup either.

Any ideas how to get rid of this nuisance?
