I'm not able to start Outlook Express because "The current
identity could not be changed because one of the
applications was unable to switch". Microsoft Knowledge
base article 224463 says "The user ID string value should
be exactly the same as the name of the Account ID."
When I look at my HKEY_Current_User\Identity, I see an
alphanumeric string value with brackets at both ends. I
assume this is my account ID. If so, do I need to simply
add a backslash (\) after the right bracket and then
duplicate the identity account ID complete with brackets?
This doesn't seem to work. Any help would be appreciated.
