I have outlook express and microsoft outlook. I am using
the program that lets me switch identities because I have
a small business and want to keep personal mail separate.
The other program is much better for tasks and calendars,
etc. Is there a way to use two identities or e-mail
addresses for it. Please answer in english not computer.
Thank you.

Outlook has profiles. They are very similar to Outlook Express's Identities.
Go to STart, Control Panels. Double click the Mail Icon. There should be a
button for Show Profiles. You can create a new profile from there. Make one
profile business and one personal. When you start Outlook it will ask you
for a profile.

I have had the same problem. One answer is to upgrade to Office 2003 Professional/Outlook 2003 (this is later version than Office XP)

One In-Box, thus keeps things simple
Multiple signatures, one for each e-mail account you run
At the point of creating a new e-mail, there is a drop-down box at the top of the screen where you can select the e-mail account you are using
This retrieves the relevant signature AND reply address, thus allowing you to be a private or business person as required. For myself, I actually have 2 x professional and 1 x private identity, so I am pleased to have found this solution
