I have tried without success to import an email identity

- I get the message "all identities have been imported or deleted"

I have to switch from one account to another just to check emails.

The odd thing is that I have successfully done this on my laptop.

Any ideas?
 
Are you using Vista on both machines?
How are you switching accounts?
You can have several accounts, but all accounts will use the same folders.

I am using Vista on both.
I am switching accounts via the start button and subsequent directions.

Windows Mail does not support identities. If you don't wand to do it by
using separate Windows Users, see WMIDs at www.oehelp.com
 
I solved my problem by including each email address in the accounts section
under tools menu on the windows mail page.
