Identities/Outlook Express

I've recently created a new identity for my wife in Outlook Express; I'm the
main identity. However, when she sends emails, there is no From box on
messages, so she can't pick a sender's address, and any email sent to her
at her email address (whether in reply to her messages or not) goes straight
to my inbox and not hers. IN addition, some emails sent to my email address
go to her inbox.

ISP is Freeserve, Outlook Express version is 6.

Can anyone help?

Use Tools / Accounts... and create a Mail Account for her instead.

BTW, you posted to the wring newsgroup. This newsgroup is for Microsoft
