Hello,
How can I identify ppt version (not the powerpoint application version)
thru' VBA?

Thanks,
Savan

Application version gives you the required information thru vba. The other
approach would be to check the window class for the PowerPoint application.
There must be more to the question, if you could elaborate why the
application.version isn't sufficient?

I am opening, modifying a ppt thru' .net code. Now if the input ppt is of
office 2003 and the .net machine has office 2007, then I don't have a way to
save it in office 2003; I assume, it will get converted to office 2007 ppt.

Regards,
Savan

okay. Thanks for the input.

Thanks,
Savan

Are you looking for the version of PowerPoint that created a specific PPT
file?

Not available, unfortunately.
