My company has set up conference room scheduling via
outlook, where anyone in the company can
author "appointments" to book a room. The problem we are
having is that people are booking rooms and not
identifying themselves when they author the appointment.
Is there a systematic way to determine what person
created an appointment on a public calendar? If so, how
can it be done?

If you change the view to a table type you can then use the Field Chooser
(button on Toolbar) and drag the Organizer field to a Column heading

Thanks. That worked great, except for the appointment
that the author labelled as "Private." Is there any way
to either identify who set up Private Appointments or any
way to exclude Private Appointments from being set up on
Public Folders?
