I have a network and some users clog up the public folders. How can I
sort contacts by who made them? Can i set a different default form for
different people to use in eth same folder? (So I can put an
identifying feature in eth form?)

please respond to (e-mail address removed)

thanx!!

All responses should be made to the group. We go to the trouble to answer -
you can go to the trouble to check back for that answer. And others may
benefit from the answer, too.

The "From" field should indicate who added the Contact. You'll probably
need to switch to a list view and add the From field - it doesn't show by
default. After switching to list view, right click any column header and
click "Field Chooser". Change the combo box at top to read, "All Mail
Fields" and then drag the From field into place among the other column
headers.

Add the From field (choose it from all mail fields in the field chooser) to
the view and it should show who created the post. if someone drags and
drops, it will show the person who created the original, not the person who
dropped it there.
